The site loopdeloop suggests every two months a new topic for animators around the world to create their own loops about. For “Empathy” I had a vague idea since I watched a particular YouTube video. From the video you can see the struggle of a man trying to reach the top of an escalator from the wrong direction. This inspiration gave me the push I needed to create my empathy piece.
